whost.in: A-grade web hosting
This is my first post on my own domain - thoughtsinprogress.co.in. I have been desiring to have my own website for quite some time and finally - a small desire satisfied.
This blog is about my experience with my webhosting provider whost.in. I found whost.in after extensive searching on internet for a provider to satisfy my requirements (most of my delay in setting up this website is due to confusion on whom to choose as a web hosting provider). Though not exactly a start up at this time, they are very recently into business - only since late 2007.
My experience has been extremely positive with whost.in. The folks working there really seem to understand the concept of “customer service” - which is a rarity in this part of the world. All responses to my queries were instantaneous. One of their employees - Ramesh, had loads and loads of patience in answering my never ending questions on various aspects. He did a splendid job in setting up my account quite literally in the middle of the night (around 11:30 pm!). The account was set up in flat 10 minutes after my payment. He also ensured to transfer wordpress blog from wordpress.com to my new website with out any hassle.
In addition, the price seems very competetive when I compare with other providers.
I strongly recommend them to any one who is looking for some good india based web hosting providers.
