Bighelp.in - Virutal Private Assistant

Came across this start up - bighelp.in - provider of virutal private assistants - to take care of errands that take up time. Basically, BigHelp is a service provider who provides a virtual personal assistant who takes orders from you and does the job - freeing up your time.
I am sure this is a great business to be in provided the service is perfect. This is only available in Mumbai as of now, hope to see it in Bangalore soon to experiment the service.

Is it available in Bangalore? I badly need one. les concierges is not helping in some cases.
From what I can see the FAQ section, this is avlbl only in Mumbai at this time.
